When you submit a case-review or firm-inquiry form on this site, we collect the information you provide (such as your name, contact details, ZIP code, and case-specific answers), along with your IP address, browser/device information, the date and time of submission, and a consent-certification token (via Jornaya/LeadiD, where enabled) that timestamps and verifies your consent to be contacted.
We use the information you submit to evaluate whether your situation may qualify for one of the case types described on this site, and to connect you with an independent, participating law firm for a free case review. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties.
Information you submit may be shared with participating law firms and legal marketing partners solely for the purpose of evaluating and, if appropriate, pursuing your potential claim. We may also share information with service providers that help us operate this site (such as consent-certification and hosting providers).
If you check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree that Mass Tort Assist and/or its legal partners may contact you by telephone, SMS/text, or email — including through an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded/artificial voice — regarding your inquiry, even if your number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of receiving services, standard message and data rates may apply, and you may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message or contacting us directly.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or opt out of further contact, by reaching out to us using the contact information on our About page. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you submit, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and access-controlled storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our forms are intended to be completed by adults (18+), including parents or guardians submitting information on behalf of a minor child in connection with the Roblox case type. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
